Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

PCNs have launched in a number of communities throughout the province. At this time the Revelstoke PCN is in the planning stage. During the planning stage, primary care services are still available for people living in and around Revelstoke.
