Vanderhoof Primary Care Network

Last updated

The District of Vanderhoof acknowledges the ancestral lands of the Dakelh people including the Saik’uz First Nation and honors them as the original people on the land.

Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

The Northern Interior Rural PCN is a collaborative partnership between Northern Health, First Nations Health Authority, Carrier Sekani Family Services, Northern Interior Rural Division of Family Practice and the Ministry of Health. Together we work with local clinics to help connect people living in or near Vanderhoof and Saik’uz to a primary care provider (either a family doctor or nurse practitioner).
