Find a family doctor or nurse practitioner

If you need a primary care provider, register on the Health Connect Registry to get matched with a family doctor or nurse practitioner in your community.

There is currently no anticipated timeline for a patient to be attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. We would like to thank you for your patience while you wait to be attached. In the interim, we suggest that you connect with the health care services below that best support your needs.

Urgent and Primary Care Centres (UPCCs) provide care for non-life-threatening illness or injury that require medical attention within 12 to 24 hours. UPCCs provide care for concerns like minor injuries, sprains and strains, infections, less serious child illness and injury, fevers, asthma attacks, cuts, wounds or skin conditions.
