Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

Fraser Lake PCN and Northern Health provides primary care services to the community, supported by healthcare professionals linked to a range of specialized services. This includes people living in and around Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser, Endako and the Nadleh and Stellat’en First Nations communities.
