Provides community-based and culturally sensitive primary health care for people living on the Saanich Peninsula who do not have a family doctor. Clinic serves First Nations and Indigenous members of the community, as well non-Indigenous people with multiple barriers to health. Additional services include mobile outreach, mental health and substance use services such as access to opioid agonist therapy. Offered in person and virtually.
